Error codes
Every error response has the same shape and a documentation_url pointing to one of these pages.
| HTTP | Code | Cause |
|---|---|---|
| 400 | validation_failed | The request body or parameters failed schema validation. |
| 400 | invalid_public_token | The public_token is unknown, expired (30 minutes) or was already exchanged. |
| 401 | unauthenticated | Credentials are missing or invalid. |
| 403 | forbidden | The credential is valid but not allowed to do this. |
| 403 | install_revoked | The agency revoked this install, or it was removed. |
| 403 | scope_missing | The credential lacks the scope this endpoint needs. |
| 403 | org_unverified | Live access requires a verified organization. |
| 403 | org_suspended | Relay suspended this organization. |
| 404 | not_found | The object doesn't exist or isn't visible to this credential. |
| 409 | idempotency_conflict | This Idempotency-Key was used with a different request body. |
| 409 | code_conflict | The agency code is already connected to another agency. |
| 413 | payload_too_large | The body or file exceeds the size limit. |
| 415 | unsupported_media_type | The file type isn't accepted. |
| 422 | al3_parse_error | The file couldn't be read as AL3. |
| 422 | environment_mismatch | A sandbox credential was used on the live host, or the reverse. |
| 429 | rate_limited | Too many requests. |
| 500 | internal_error | Something went wrong on Relay's side. |
