Questions
- What counts as an active connection?
- One agency connection that received at least one live transaction, document or statement from you in the calendar month. Approved connections that receive nothing that month aren't billed.
- Do agencies or software partners ever pay?
- No. Relay is free for agencies and for software partners, including Emerald AMS. Carriers fund the network.
- Is the sandbox really free?
- Yes. The sandbox has no time limit and no card requirement. It uses the same endpoints and payloads as live.
- Can I keep my current download provider?
- Yes. Dual-run is on by default, so Relay runs alongside what you have today.
- How do renewal and cancellation work?
- Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing settings with the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. The full terms are in the subscription terms.
- Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
- No. The prices shown are the whole price, excluding any sales tax required where you're located.
