Emerald Infinite, LLC builds both Emerald Relay and Emerald AMS. Relay only works if every software partner can trust it, so these commitments are part of our terms.
1.Emerald AMS is an ordinary partner
Emerald AMS connects to Relay through the same public API, with the same scopes, rate limits, certification and price (free) as every other partner. It gets no early access to partner or carrier data.
2.Partner information stays private
Relay staff never share one partner’s installs, volumes or customer lists with another partner, including Emerald AMS.
3.Data is used only to deliver it
Carrier and agency data moving through Relay is used only to deliver it. It’s never used to market an Emerald product to an agency.
4.Separate access
Emerald AMS engineers have no production access to Relay. This is enforced by separate hosting teams and separate database roles.
5.Reporting a concern
If you believe we’ve broken this policy, email support@emeraldrelay.com. The final structure of this separation is still under review and this page will be updated when it’s settled.
